I did a lot of research and had several companies provide bids. That was a terrible experience, and I felt most companies want to put anything in my house just to make a profit. I was looking for a company that had the best installers, Nate certified, and a great warranty (10 years labor and parts) at a fair price. A company that sold a product that would last 20 to 30 year, and I found that in Family Comfort Heating and Cooling. Tim and his team are outstanding and it’s nice not to have Hvac worries or cost for next ten years. Do your research, but I highly recommend Family Comfort.

This is a great company! They are very reliable and so friendly. I have used them a few times over the years and each time is a great experience. They get my AC and heater working again quickly. They explain the issue and what they did to fix it.

Incredible company to work with. Tim the owner is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and a problem solver. His crew with Gene as the on site manager work efficiently, and carefully. They finished a full rebuild of our entire HVAC system, in less than two days. They charge a very “Fair” price, and recommend the highest quality products in the industry. They offer excellent financing options, and exceptional customer service. Cindy facilitates the scheduling, financing, customer service and additional options to help your needs. My family and I love this company. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Tim came out on a Friday evening to fix our air conditioner. Called several other competitors and they could not come out till Monday. Tim saved our weekend in about 20 minutes and charged us much less than we expected. Receptionist was wonderful over the phone too. Thank you Family Comfort- Great service and very professional!!

They replaced our whole HVAC system today at an excellent price. They showed up with masks. They were quick. There were lots of unanticipated things that they had to work around (it wasn't a simple job). But they kept with their estimate. Everyone was kind, polite, they and even helped me set up my thermostat remote phone app. They cleaned up after themselves (even vacuuming). I love these guys! Highly recommended!
